Dr. Anu Rajan, PharmD, MSc, RPh – Cancer Pharmacologist & Clinical Process Specialist

Dr. Anu Rajan, PharmD, MSc, RPh.Dr. Anu Rajan, PharmD, MSc, RPh, is a cancer pharmacologist and clinical process specialist with extensive experience in clinical lab project management, clinical operations, and regulatory affairs. With five years in global clinical trials across APAC, EMEA, North America, and LATAM, she has contributed to Phase 1–3 drug development within leading CROs and pharmaceutical settings. Holding a Master’s degree from London, she combines scientific expertise with business and management skills, having also worked in pharmaceutical sales, clinical research, and teaching.

Proficient in ICH GCP guidelines, FDA regulations, and clinical trial conduct, Dr. Rajan is skilled in project planning, regulatory compliance, and data management using tools such as QLIMS, EDC, and CTMS. Known for her detail-oriented approach, strong communication, and ability to thrive under pressure, she is committed to enhancing efficiency and innovation in drug development and clinical research.

Dr. Anisa Choudhary, PhD – Assistant Professor & Clinical Pharmacy Specialist

Dr Anisa Choudhary, PhDDr. Anisa Choudhary is a highly experienced pharmacist, researcher, and educator specializing in clinical pharmacy and pharmacology. With a strong foundation in clinical research, data analysis, and healthcare, she has contributed significantly to both academic and industry settings. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor in Clinical Pharmacy & Pharmacology at the University of Birmingham, she plays a key role in shaping the next generation of pharmacists and healthcare professionals. Her expertise extends to research design, quantitative analysis, and pharmacological education, particularly in therapeutic pharmacology for Physician Associate MSc programs.

Dr. Choudhary holds a PhD in Neurogastroenterology from Queen Mary University of London, where she investigated connective tissue disorders in irritable bowel syndrome using immunohistochemistry, statistical modeling, and Python-based cluster analysis. Her extensive professional experience includes roles as a clinical pharmacist within the NHS, a pharmacist at Boots UK, and an unblinded site coordinator for AstraZeneca’s STORM CHASER COVID-19 clinical trials. An Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, she actively contributes to the advancement of Pharmacy Mall, patient care, and pharmaceutical education through research-driven innovation.

Kajal Panchal – Registered Pharmacist & Medicines Management Specialist

Kajal PanchalKajal Panchal is a GPhC-registered pharmacist with extensive experience in community and hospital pharmacy, medicines management, and accuracy checking. After completing the OSPAP conversion course at Kingston University and foundation training with Lindsay Chemist, she has built a diverse career spanning pharmacy operations, clinical support, and healthcare training. Her expertise includes medicines management in NHS hospital wards, accuracy checking, and patient-centered pharmaceutical care, having worked in roles such as Senior Pharmacy Technician, Accuracy Checking Technician, and Medicines Management Technician at Kingston Hospital NHS Trust and Shan Pharmacy.

With over eight years of pharmacy experience in the UK, Kajal holds multiple industry accreditations, including Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician certification from Buttercups Training Ltd. and Accreditation in Medicines Management from Health Education England NHS. She has also gained hands-on experience in manufacturing, quality control, QA, and aseptic preparations at Pfizer India. Focused on delivering high-quality pharmacy services, she applies technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strong patient-centered approach to every role she undertakes.

Hayley Brown – Healthcare Strategist & EDI Specialist in Pharmacy

Hayley BrownHayley Brown is a healthcare professional and strategic leader specializing in equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) within the pharmacy and healthcare sector. With extensive experience in policy development, research, and project management, she has played a key role in embedding EDI principles into HR policies and strategic initiatives. Her work includes introducing the first EDI strategy for staff and leading the BMA to sign the Race at Work Charter, demonstrating her commitment to fostering inclusive and equitable workplaces in the healthcare industry.

With a strong background in research, data analysis, and educational development, Hayley holds a PhD from Victoria University of Wellington and a Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching from the University of London. She has experience working with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including database design and statistical analysis. A collaborative educator and strategic thinker, she is dedicated to enhancing diversity in healthcare, improving workplace culture, and driving meaningful policy change in Pharmacy Mall and medical environments.

Prof. Michael Heinrich – Expert in Ethnopharmacology & Pharmaceutical Research

Michael HeinrichProf. Michael Heinrich is a leading researcher in ethnopharmacology, pharmaceutical biology, and pharmacognosy, with a focus on traditional medicines, natural product research, and public health applications. His work in pharmaceutical research and education integrates biomedical and social science approaches to address global health challenges, including diabetes prevention, metabolic syndrome management, and cancer chemoprevention. He also investigates the value chains of herbal medicinal products, ensuring the ethical and sustainable development of pharmaceutical innovations derived from natural sources.

With extensive experience in pharmacy education and research ethics, Prof. Heinrich served as Professor and Co-Chair of UCL’s Research Ethics Committee at the UCL School of Pharmacy. He plays a key role in advancing pharmaceutical sciences through interdisciplinary research and postgraduate training, shaping the future of evidence-based medicine and natural product development. Holding a Doctorate in Biology and Anthropology from the University of Freiburg, he continues to lead in the integration of traditional medicine and pharmaceutical sciences.

Lawrence Ng, BPharm – Senior Pharmacist & Healthcare Leader

Shaju Miah – Community-Focused Pharmacist & Patient Care Specialist

Monika Patel – Pharmacist & Pharmaceutical Science Specialist
